Referrals
If you refer us to someone, and they let us know that you recommended them when availing our services, you'll get a free 1 hour consultation or one time discount on your next subscription.

On top of that, you will get an additional 1 hour consultation or a bigger one time discount on your next subscription if they avail a consultation package or renew their subscription for a second month.
Services
+ 100% upfront payment is required for consultations, packages and subscriptions.

+ 24 hours notice is required when booking consultations.
+ 2 - 5 days are required to complete any subscription tasks.
​​
+ Consultation packages expire 100 days from the date of purchase.
+ Subscription word limits are reset on the effective date each month.​
Cancellations
+ You may cancel consultations up to 12 hours before their start time, at which point, either a discount code or refund will be issued (minus the payment provider fee for refunds) or the consultation will be added back into your package if you have one.
+ If you are a no-show to a consultation, your payment is non-refundable or will not be added back into your package if you have one.

+ Should we be the ones to cancel a consultation for any reason, they will be added back into your package and the expiry date of the package will be extended by one week to compensate for this or if it was an individually booked consultation, you will be offered the choice of a full refund (including payment provider fee) or a discount code for later use.

+ Subscriptions can be cancelled by either party by way of written notice to the other party but no later than 7 days before the effective date of each month.
Discounts
+ Discounts are given to clients in line with our referral policy or in certain other special circumstances.

+ Clients that are given discount codes for consultations and packages are solely responsible for their use.**
​
** if a client forgets to use a discount code when purchasing a package, an additional appointment will be added to it, to compensate for the mistake.
** if a client forgets to use a discount code when booking an individual consultation, a refund can be requested (minus the payment provider fee).
Policy Changes
We may modify our terms and conditions, prices and services from time to time with or without notice to our clients. Although we endeavour to notify our clients of any significant modifications, any such changes will be effective immediately upon public posting here on our website. This means your continued use of our services (accepting the terms & conditions when booking a consultation, purchasing a package or signing an MSA for a subscription) constitutes your acceptance of these modified terms.
